New Year’s Resolution Tip
Greetings!
I have a friendly reminder about resolutions. Usually these New Year resolutions revolve around removing things out of our life such as eliminating sugar. My suggestion is instead of focusing on what you want to avoid, focus on what you want to be doing. Instead of eliminating sugar, eat more protein and healthy fat at each meal. You can even progress to drinking more water and getting more sleep. Think about adding things IN.
When we are thinking about what to add in, we don’t feel like we’re missing out. Our brain switches out of scarcity mindset into abundance. Now you don’t have to white knuckle through your goals, but rather these come more easily. :)
