Soybean Oil More Obesogenic Than Coconut Oil & Fructose

Here’s an interesting study. It found that a high soybean oil diet causes more obesity and diabetes than a high coconut oil diet or a high fructose diet.

The mice fed the high soybean oil diet gained around 25% more weight than the mice on a high coconut oil diet.

The LESS fattening oil – coconut oil – is highly saturated just like the fats found in high quality animal products: butter and beef tallow. These are the healthiest fats, despite what the American Heart Association may tell you.
