CLASS FULL! 6-Week Group Nutrition Coaching

IT’S HAPPENING!

We’re excited to announce our first Group Nutrition Coaching program! Group coaching would be right for you if you are looking to improve your health and also enjoy being part of a journey with other people and sharing your experiences. Space will be limited to allow time for education and meaningful discussion.

6 WEEKS TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Starting Wednesday May 12th at noon via Google Meet I will host a weekly group to cover a unique nutrition topic each week. Studies show it only takes 3 weeks to make impactful metabolic improvements and we’re offering double that to help you solidify healthy habits along with it! 

In addition to the learning about a weekly nutrition topic, each person will share a related realistic health goal they want to work on. As a group we can discuss any barriers that were encountered to help each other problem solve and have future success. There will also be weekly journaling exercises to help you understand your situation and be successful. Nutrition topics will include: How to structure a healthy eating plate, tips to staying hydrated, detailed info on protein/fat/carbs and veggies, menu planning, mindful eating and more. 

Each class will be 50 minutes so that you can have some time to transition back to work.
