Let me take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Miranda, and I’ve been in your shoes. I wasn’t always a weight loss expert, and I didn’t always have the tools and knowledge I do now. For years, I struggled with my weight plus the body composition that shifts after having 2 kids. As a teen/college student it seemed like I had an exceptionally slow metabolism and it was unfair! I tried countless diets, worked out hard at the gym doing group cardio classes, and yet still felt stuck. And I felt hungry all the time. It was frustrating, and there were times when I almost gave up.

But here's the thing—I didn't give up. After years of trial and error, studying nutrition and muscle-centric macros, shifting my mindset, and perfecting sustainable habits, I finally found a way that worked for me. And that’s what I want to help you with—finding what works for YOU.
